Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to protect everyone’s time and energy, please review the following: 💎 Cancellations & Reschedules: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows space for other clients and keeps the schedule running smoothly. 💎 Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. ✨ However, first-time offenses will receive a one-time courtesy reminder. 💎 No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require full prepayment for future bookings. 💎 First-Time Client Courtesy: If you’re new to B Well Hair, you’ll receive a one-time grace for a late cancellation or no-show. After that, the standard policy applies. 💎 Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A fee may be applied depending on the disruption caused. 💎 Card on File: A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. You will only be charged if this policy is violated. By booking with B Well Hair, you acknowledge that services may carry risks including, but not limited to, allergic reactions, skin/scalp irritation, or unexpected results.
